It seems rather evident that the twin towers were brought down with controlled demolition which would strongly suggest the involvement of government officials at the highest levels. If this is the case, these persons would know that Al Qaeda had nothing to do with the attacks. I understand why they would still go after them but what is the purpose of torturing them for confessions?

and for all people just waking up to the fact the the American govt. is not a friendly caretaker of the American people, I recommend that you begin studying facts about the JFK case, that set the precedent to get their ball rolling and puts today's world in perspective. That was a history-turning event in American history, which is why the media has put gargantuan effort into smothering the truth about the assasination and the reasons for it. Read Jim Douglass book "JFK and the Unspeakable".
