Puffballs shmuffballs! This video (the non-frame-blended portion starting @0:30) is the most simple proof possible of a fake video of a fake event. Ace has slowed the video so we can count frames. It takes 11 frames for the plane to fly through it's length in air, and 11 frames to fly through it's length in a steel and concrete tower.
This is a clear violation of Newton's 2nd Law.
There is no deceleration, so F=mass*0=0.
There is no force available to break the building structure or the plane. 100% proof of fakery, with elementary physics!
