No doubt in my mind that the Israeli's had these mini neutron bombs and have been using them long before 911.

It is know fact that Isreal has all weapons technology as soon as it goes online for the USA military or even before and the spies and dual-citizen insiders are everywhere at every level of USA Government, period, amen...

Sure, the Israeli's probably had them and these could very well be what were used on 911.  Everything we can see in the evidence would be consistent with these weapons, as far as I can tell.  I am strongly leaning now toward this hypothesis H or some closely related technology.  About 2 years ago, I was considering other H's, but everything seems to be converging this way .
