HAARP and the Japan Earthquake

Although hard to believe at first, it appears as though  HAARP  can be used to trigger earthquakes and influence weather.

The main transmitters and antenna arrays are in Gakona, Alaska.  The transmitter outputs total 3.6 megawatts, and by

phasing the antennas properly produce an effective radiated power  (erp)  of a reported 1 billion watts.   Evidently 2.5 Hz is the frequency associated with earthquakes, while 1.7 Hz is the trigger for violent weather. The HAARP transmitters operate in the hf frequency range of 2.8-10 MHz, and are pulsed at the 1.7 and 2.5 Hz rate. The floating x-band radar dome can be positioned anywhere in the ocean to act as a receiver for targeting purposes. I'm not exactly sure of the geophysics involved with triggering an earthquake 24 km deep using an hf signal pulsed at 2.5 Hz.  Anyway, here it is:
