NIce find, Danny. Anyone familiar with semiconductor physics will know how a transistor is made of silicon doped to form p-type and n-type layers arranged in an npn or pnp configuration. This allows a small base current to modulate a larger current in the emitter/collector circuit. I have long suspected that our atmosphere is being "doped" with Al and Ba compounds to let the "small" 1 GW HAARP signal to modulate and steer the much, much larger potential Sun / Earth circuit, using the ionosphere as a base or gate, making extremely large currents available for the destructive dirty-work.
