I believe that multiple false identities were created to appear as 9/11 victims using the altered images of individuals who continue to be used in a campaign to spread confusion and disinformation, specifically in "conspiracy" circles.

Emily Elizabeth Windsor-Cragg is daily telling her 5000 cyber-friends that she sees little people in photos of asteroids, Mars and the moon.
