These are on the Department of Buildings Website The Issue Dates are the same the Violation Type's are the same (and rarely used), only difference is one is Active and the other which gives more information is resolved.  Apparently once resolved they share my details with the public.

In case you can't see it, because of the size, The Comments on the top one say: "Building demolish on 9/11/01 OK to dismiss/lift"
