he was sharp as the leading edge of a marble, but that's why he got selected. the shadow government needed someone that they could dictate to thru mouthpiece Richard B. Cheney.
'The Dog That Did Not Bark' on Rivero's website at WRH is pretty good. proves that Andy Card was in on the plot as was the Secret Service (same guys who jumped off JFK's motorcade to allow for a good clean kill shot) who also work for the U.S. Treasury which more or less is the FEDERAL RESERVE, and you know who they are, right?
so, when not whisked off the floor and bodily carried out immediately as S.S. knew things were going down, their job was to get him the hell out of that classroom. But they didn't. Instead they let the moron prattle on for another 9 minutes at Booker Elementary.
the Dog damned sure did not bark. because it knew it's master (puppet/baiter) was in no danger.
