NYPD's Old Betsy

Look at this relic. I know it was 2001 but the emergency vehicles that were used at the time, weren't this outdated. I read an article in the NY Times that was from around July 2001 that because of a drunk driving, license checkpoints New York had impounded around 4,000 vehicles, that's very close to the number of auto property claims that were filed, according to an Insurance industry article. I will try to locate those.
