Debunking Professor Thomas Eagar's Unsubstantiated Claim that WTC-TT had a NYC Minimum Safety Factor Code of "5" and Claiming that it was too low to prevent the Tolal collapse of the 911 Twin Towers

Dr. Thomas Eagar, an MIT Engineering Professor who supports the OCT & NIST claims for no explosives at the WTC and now famous for his published papers and his support in the NOVA video concenring the WTC TT plane crash and fires total collapses.
In one of his papers, he claims that the WTC Twin towers had a NYC minimum Code Safety Factor of "5" for the support comumns. He and others have ignored the decades-old and published John Skilling Safety Factor quote:
"Live Loads of these columnscan be increased by more than 2,000% before failure occurs"
