Morgan & Judy, how do DEWs and Hutchison Effects explain the 30-floor tilting in the first place and then explain the stopping of the tilt and certatinly appearing to explode massively in place along with the top of the lower block of 80 floors. How did DEWs do all of this?

Attempting to answer this via DEWs just stupifies me, stuns my scientific instincts and flys in the face of all I have learned in my schooling and in my long career in teaching Physics & Chemistry, and all I have experienced and learned in scientific industrial career....
