M(16) exerts a Gravity based Force, F(16), on M(94). M(94) then will react with and equally and oppositely directed upward Resistance Force, F(94), on M(16). The F(94) is 118 times greater than the F(16). The Gravity Force, F(16), is Vector Addition cancelled out by the upward Resistance Force, F(94), leaving only 117 F(94) Force still resisting upwards, as if the F(16) did not even exist.
