Nist and its supporters are propagandizing a lot of phony Physics and the related Math.

They claim that the alleged Gravitational Collisional Energy Transfer from the falling Steel block from above can not be transferred past a single floor at a time before it is crushed and the floor below the topmost floor allegedly being crushed do not feel any collisional force nor ollisional Energy because the topmost blook is falling too fast to transfer and distribute its Energy throughout the Twin Tower and down into the thickest steel in the Basement and on into the Bedrock and then into the Earth where it can be picked up by Seismographs.

This is all a smokescrees of lies and all of the Physicists, Engineers, and Materials Scientists should know better.
They all have been thoroughly debunked and should be ashamed of themselves.
