This guy is either "incompetent" or he is a "Liar" of the greatest magnitude, along with many other Engineering PHDs, like Thomas Eagar, Shyam Sunder, Ronald Hamburger, Gene Corely, Chris Wise,& John Knapton, just to name a few.
