Exposing Falsehoods and Revealing Truths

ADL opposes Islamic center proposed near ground zero

"The controversy which has emerged regarding the building of an Islamic Center at this location is counterproductive to the healing process. Therefore, under these unique circumstances, we believe the City of New York would be better served if an alternative location could be found." (for the proposed Islamic center near ground zero).

In this upside-down Orwellian world, ironies abound in this. After all, factions within Israel were heavies in the 911 attacks, and now the ADL is blaming the Muslims? I am disappointed that I also read somewhere that the majority of polled Americans support the ADL's stance on this. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

If this was a healthy country, the following article by Jerry Mazza would have been in my, and every local newspaper in this country, instead of the vile filth I commented on in my other post, that actually did appear.

"Ground Zero Mosque inflating Islamophobia" by Jerry Mazza

My local newspaper today had an article entitled "MUSLIMS , TOO, ARE DIVIDED BY MOSQUE".

This issue has brought up , once again, the flabbiness of the logic in the MSM, in this ongoing "war on terror" as they call it. There's enough material in that article to critique for probably 10 pages, but I'll hit some of the "highlights":

"For most Americans, 9/11 remains as an open wound", said Akbar Ahmed, professor of Islamic studies at American Univ. and a former Pakistani ambassador, "And anything associated with Islam, even for Americans who want to understand Islam-to have an Islamic center with so much publicity is like rubbing salt in open wounds".

Well, Prof. Ahmed, this is the point of 911 truthers: the "open wound" you talk about can only be healed by a thorough and honest investigation of 911, which will not happen because those who know , know it leads back to Israel and their neocon enablers. And let's analyze the logic of your position: you mean that anything your fellow Muslims do to advance themselves is going to be held back by this "open wound"??? and for how long?Even if "radical terrorists Muslims" did 911, what basis would that be for holding back the 99.9999% of honest Muslims in this world?? And you call yourself a professor of Islamic studies. You've had a decade to investigate this issue and it's obvious you do not have a clue as to what is going on ? Or is your position just a PC one to satisfy your administrators?

"Winning in the court of law is not going to help improve the image of Muslims nationwide", said Asmal, a Massachusetts physician. "you have to win the hearts and minds of the ordinary American people"

Doctor Asmal, how can Muslims win the hearts and minds of American people , when the whole official line is a big lie?? And even if it wasn't, it supposedly was committed by 19 Saudi highjackers, why in the world should that brand the 1.5 billion Muslims on this earth as vile??

"Asra Nomani, author of Standing Alone: An American Woman's struggle for the soul of Islam, said she backs the idea of the mosque in principle but believes the feelings of families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks should trump the plan, "I haven't been able to support the building of the mosque right there," said Nomani.

Who exactly are these "families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks"? who are supposedly holding an infinite grudge against Islamic people? There are so many lies around 9/11 including the flights and who were in the buildings, because the true agencies who are charged with investigating these things, like NTSB and FBI are just carrying out the biddings of those really responsible for 911; to the point I don't believe we know much about these matters anyway.

And this is the topper:

"Nomani said American Muslims have not fully confronted extremism in Islam, which makes her worried that any mosque has the potential to become a haven for those with rigid views"

You mean you're implying that this center might turn into a "terrorist training camp", I wouldn't believe that in a hundred years. I think this is a terrible accusation coming from a Muslim.

"Islamic radicals "think in a very primitive way", Hamid (an Egyptian scholar) said. "If they see a mosque near ground zero, this would certainly be perceibved as a sign of victory for Al-Qaeda."

This stuff is terrible, and underscores how vile and evil this whole 911 lie is. Because it extends way beyond the objectives of the new pearl harbor, into defaming a major group of the world's people. And civilization can not withstand this sort of thing.
