good info!  based on that, these floor slabs were not much more substantial perhaps than being glorified SHEET ROCK or DRYWALL but a tad thicker.  that explains the ability to so easily pulverize them and render them unto dust clouds and push them out of the buildings to the sides.

 

best guess is that where we all got fooled is we had perhaps improperly assumed that the concrete WAS in fact much more reinforced and hardened than it was, and as this was much much lighter in weight stuff, the molecular density of it was on an order of magnitude not as resistive to force as would have been normal roadbed concrete or other heavier forms of it.

 

this explains a lot.  these slabs were fairly thin and less dense.  much much easier to reduce to dust rubble.
