Chemtrails spraying of super powerful dessicants sprayed over the West Coast dry up the moisture and soil, for years now to produce massive droughts. Now water is going to be directly routed to the drought areas to nullify the Chemtrails induced droughts. Good move, but Chemtrails via deep state control need to be stopped and the perpetrators prosecuted, perhaps George Soros....
